Bulgarian Split Squat x 8-10 reps each leg @ 30×1

Rest 2 mins between sets

15 mins AMRAP for QUALITY

4/8 Strict Pull ups/`Ring Rows
6 Lateral Lunges each leg
12 Sit Ups
24 Double Unders

Wednesday 3rd

3 sets:

Single Leg Hip Bridge x 8-10 each leg
Rest 2 mins Between Sets

EMOM 18min

Min 1 Deadlift x 3 reps
Min 2 Push ups x 8-12 reps
Min 3 TTB x 7 reps or Weighted Anchored Sit Up x 10 reps

10 X SIT UPS
