10 x DB Renegade Row
20 x OH plate walking lunge
Strapless Row 300m
Rest 2 mins between rounds.

Wednesday 11th

Deadlift
5 x 5 reps
Rest 2-3mins between sets
*try to increase on last week

EMOM 18min
Min 1 Box Jump step down x 12 reps
Min 2 KB swings x 20reps unbroken – choose weight appropriate
Min 3 Push Ups x 8-12
