Rest 60 seconds
Ring Rows 6-8 reps @ 21×1
Rest 60 seconds

*get horizontal as possible

WOD

3 rounds:
45 secs KB weighted lunges
15 sec Rest
45 secs Sit Ups
15 sec Rest
45 secs KB swings
1min 15sec Rest

Wednesday 22nd

Strength – Lower Squat
Five sets of:
Back Squat x 4-6 reps
Rest 2-3 minutes

WOD
Every 4 minutes, for 20 minutes (5 sets):
25 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)
50 Double-Unders or 100 singles
