C) FRONT SQUAT : FRONT SQUAT – 65% x 4 x 3

ACCESSORIES

3 SETS FOR MAX REPS OF:
A) GHD BACK EXTENSION (HOLD THE TOP X 5SEC)
B) STANDING PLATE TWIST 10 EACH SIDE
