Strength

BB Shoulder Press 3 reps
Rest 30 secs
DB/KB Row 10 reps E/A
Rest 2-3 mins

WOD
EMOM
Minute 1 – 15-20 KB unbroken swings
Minute 2 – 12 Goblet squats
Minute 3 – STRICT 6 x ring dips or 8 x ring push ups or 10 x push ups
